You’re No. 1 in her life, so make your mom feel special with these brunch options! Restaurants all over Cincinnati are offering special meals for Mother’s Day, and we found some of the best ones to treat mom to.

Mark your calendars, Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 12!

O Pie O

O Pie O will be featuring their regular brunch items (the variety of Flaky Boys, which is their version of the biscuit, made out of pie dough, and topped with eggs, cheeses and a variety of toppings). These include the Benadict Boy (Flaky Boy topped with hollandaise sauce, eggs and parsley), the Flaky Boy del Sur (a Tex-Mex inspired Flaky Boy, topped with chorizo gravy, eggs, pepper jack cheese, pico de gallo and avocado) and the Goetta Boy (Flaky Boy topped with goetta gravy, gruyere cheese, eggs, heirloom tomato and chives).

They also will be featuring their signature quiches and empanadas, as well as brunch cocktails (grapefruit and orange mimosas, Bloody Marys, etc.).

All mothers get 15 percent off their meal.

The Melting Pot

The Melting Pot will have their annual Mother’s Day Celebration! They will have a special four-course menu for $39.95 per adult and $15.95 per kid.

Eddie Merlot’s

Eddie Merlot’s is offering an elaborate brunch featuring roasted beef tenderloin, glazed ham, roasted turkey breast, pork loin, shrimp cocktail, creme brulee french toast, an omelet station and more!

The price for adults is $59.95 and $8.95 mimosas or Bloody Marys, while children under 12 are $14.95 and children under 3 are free.

McCormick & Shmick’s

Join McCormick & Shmick’s for a delicious brunch! Every mother will be treated to a complimentary chocolate-dipped strawberry.

The Capital Grille

This Mother’s Day, in addition to their full dinner menu, The Capital Grille will offer a prix-fixe brunch menu for both adults and children. Brunch menu served: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. All-day dinner menu served: 3-9 p.m.

BB Riverboat

They are offering the same schedule and similar menus for Mother’s Day! A piano player will be featured as entertainment for each cruise. On Mother’s Day, they are giving away a free boarding photo to each mother!

There are two cruises each day. It is $49 for adults and $27 for kids.

Here is the schedule and menus:

Brunch: 12 p.m. Boarding; 1-3 Sailing.  

Menu: Tossed salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and accoutrements with ranch and balsamic vinaigrette dressings, fresh baked bread, beef tips, egg noodles, Applewood smoked boneless ham, waffles, pancakes, maple syrup and powdered sugar, scrambled eggs, fresh baked biscuits with jellies and butter, gravy, sausage, bacon, sautéed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, assorted sweet breads, fresh fruit display and coffee, tea, water, milk and juices.

Dinner: 4:30 p.m. Boarding; 5:30-7:30 p.m. Sailing. 

Menu: Tossed salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and accoutrements with ranch and balsamic vinaigrette dressings, fresh baked corn bread, marinated chicken, Applewood smoked boneless ham , salmon, three-cheese macaroni, green beans, chef’s choice of mixed vegetables, chef’s choice of potato, coffee, tea milk and chef’s choice of dessert.

Tuesday, May 9 from 5-7 p.m.: Memory Series: Mother’s Day Dish

The Brazee website states:Give Mom a gift this year she will never forget. Transform her favorite family photos into glass just in time for Mother’s Day! Come in and create a surprise gift or sign up together and make memories. Using digital versions of your own family photos, we will create a glass decal to be applied to your beautiful 4” fused glass dish. Design and decorate with accessory glass to make your project one of a kind.”

Saturday, May 13 from 1:30-3 p.m.: Mom + Me: Glass Pendant

Brazee says: “What is the most important thing to do on Mother’s Day weekend? Spend time together! Bring your child, or your mom, to this fun, all-age glass fusing class. Students will design and decorate two fused glass pendants. Keep them both for yourself, or give one as a gift – either way, create a new memory together. No experience necessary.”

Houdini’s Room Escape
