New Year’s Eve events around town are abundant and can be a fantastic date night — with a little planning. Make your night perfect, from start to finish, by finding a place you can not only share a special dinner, but also enjoy music and other festivities to bring in the New Year in style! We’ve put together a list of spots around town that are hosting a night full of activities and fun. A word of caution – Cincinnati New Year’s Eve events like these book up fast and most require reservations, so act fast!
- New Year’s Eve at Music Hall: Frank and Ella – The Pops rings in the 2020 New Year with the unforgettable music of Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra. Concert begins at 8 pm and lets out at 10 pm.
- NYE Fireworks – End your 2019 in a family friendly setting with the Cyclones with this special 6:00 pm start time. Immediately following the game the Cyclones will once again host Indoor Fireworks presented by the Plastic Surgery Group!
- New Year’s Eve at QCE – Just like last year, this year has an OPEN BAR. DJ Jules will be spinning tunes all night, food will be provided by Holtman’s Donut Shop and Babushka Pierogies, and of course there will be champagne! Doors open at 9pm!
- Bubbles & Bowties New Year’s Eve Party – Say goodbye to 2019 in an unforgettable way! Package includes hors d’oeuvres, chef attended carving station & buffet dinner, open bar, entertainment, dancing AND a champagne toast at midnight with the premier of the Embassy Suites ball drop! Retire to your comfortable two-room suite at the end of the night and wake up to an unbeatable cooked to order breakfast. Enjoy relaxing with a 1 PM late check out on New Year’s Day.
- New Year’s Eve Party – Vinoklet Winery – An Evening of Wine, Beer, Dancing & Fun at the Winery! Music by DJ Dave King. 21 and over. Tickets $76.95 includes, Dinner, Music, Open Bar (Wine, Beer, & Mixed*) Party Favors, hors d’oeuvre later in the evening, Champagne toast at midnight, and dancing! Doors open at 6 pm.
- Midnight in Munich – The evening begins at 4:00 PM with authentic German beer specials, hors d’oeuvres and live music from Everything’s Jake in the Bier Hall as well as live music in our main bar. At Midnight in Munich (6:00 PM Zinzinnati time), we’ll celebrate the New Year with a champagne toast and a live stream of the Brandenburg Gate fireworks in Berlin! - New Year’s Eve Cruise aboard B & B Riverboats – The ship boards at 8 pm, sails at 9 pm and disembarks at 1 am. What could be a better backdrop for your New Year celebrations than the Cincinnati skyline? Your night includes a special three-entrée buffet, entertainment, a split of champagne for a midnight toast, late night snack buffet and party favors.
- International New Year’s Eve at Union Terminal – On December 31, each hour from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. will feature a different country and their unique culture with music, activities and crafts and a count down to their New Years! You don’t even need a passport – one will be provided for you for this free event!
- New Year’s Eve Bash at Cinci Tin Roof – Let’s kiss 2019 goodbye and say hello to 2020 in style!!! Tonight only Tin Roof will transform into one of the most amazing light shows like you’ve ever seen! Tyler Moore Band hits the stage at 9 pm and DJ Kombat takes over after the ball drops! All entries will receive a complimentary champagne toast at Midnight and party favors!
- New Year’s Eve Celebration at Perfect North Slopes – Open for skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing from 9:30 am to Midnight! The NYE celebration is scheduled for the evening, with party favors and a DJ in the lodge starting at 8 pm. Right before Midnight, you can watch ski instructors and ski patrol members glide down the darkened slopes in a torchlight parade.
- Noah Smith’s Big Ol Family New Year’s Eve – With See You In the Funnies – Smith creates a simple home into which listeners can briefly escape — his music is a capsule of childhood faith, love and God’s good word. For this year’s party, he’ll be joined by See You In The Funnies!
- New Year’s Eve Party at The Point with The Phil DeGreg Trio – You’ll feel as if you’ve gone to another country for the night – enjoying an excellent Brazilian Jazz Performance, a Delicious Buffet Dinner, and topping it off with a Romantic Champagne Toast. Ring in the New Year in this intimate, classy, best-kept-secret in town.
- Dead Low Brew Year’s Eve Bootlegger Bash with Sweet Alice! – Your DEAD LOW BREWING Entertainment Directors are preparing an epic “Brew Year’s Eve BOOTLEGGER BASH” featuring Cincinnati’s own Queen of Rhythm & Blues “Sweet Alice”! We will roar into the 20’s by reminiscing an era that made nights like this possible! The “2019 DEAD LOW BREW YEAR’S EVE Bootlegger Bash” will begin at 7 pm!
- The Whammies New Year’s Eve – Glow Party – For over a decade, The Whammies have taken Cincinnati by storm as the most entertaining and high energy 80’s tribute act! Hosted by The Venue located in the Loveland area.
- Happy Zoo Year at the Cincinnati Zoo – Party animals are invited to celebrate the New Year Cincinnati Zoo style. Enjoy the Festival of Lights beginning at 6:30 pm, then grab some party favors and get ready to enjoy the fireworks at 8:55 pm.
- Roaring Twenties New Year’s Eve Party – This is the party of the year and one you won’t want to miss. Doors open at 8:45 pm, with DJ Future Boy kicking off the party at 9 pm. General Admission includes entrance to our upstairs party, a drink ticket redeemable for one complimentary drink, as well as complimentary light bites, and a stroke of midnight balloon drop.
